According to the decision of the Chamber of Deputies of the Czech Republic , the right to 1 preventive PCR test per month is now CANCELED.
The PCR test remains FREE for people with a request from a doctor or public health office.

HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT?

Don't forget to bring your identity document (ID or passport) and your health insurance card (only if you have one from Czechia)

Arrive exactly at the reserved time (max. 5 minutes in advance).

When entering the testing point, cover your nose and mouth with a mask.

Keep a safe distance.

At least 2 hours before sampling, drops or nasal sprays must not be used.

Where can I download an EU certificate with a QR code?
EU certificates can be downloaded at_cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b- 136bad5cf58d_ ocko.uzis.cz. Then in the application Tečka. Above all, the certificate of a negative PCR test may be delayed in its generation, mainly due to possible time delays in recording the result in the information system.

I have a positive test, why didn't you send me the mutation?
In your case, the conditions strictly stipulated by the extraordinary measure of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic for carrying out a discriminatory examination to detect a mutation of the virus were not met, and for this reason this additional examination was not carried out. We are sorry, but due to capacity reasons, we are unable to perform this additional examination at your request.

Where can I find a certificate of illness?
This certificate will be generated on the 6th day after taking the PCR test, which came out positive. Therefore, certificates about the disease experienced are available from the 6th to the 180th day after the first positive PCR test.
